Has anybody experience about Tenor gateways?

hi,

I'm testing a Quintum TenorBX-204 gateway but it is not working fine. Registering is OK, incoming calls from PSTN are OK but no outgoing calls. 3cx gets 503 code (service unavailable) from gateway. The gateway have various routing plans, I'm lost between these.
Can anybody help me to solve it?

error codes

usually error codes in the 500 range are Server errors

I have a DX2010

it does sound like a routing table issue.
In the Quintum in advanced mode
CircuitConfig, Trunk Routing, Hopoff Number Directory1 you need to have all number patterns which match outbound lines

ie number pattern 0 replacement number 0 etc etc
