Has anyone been successful in connecting Fanvil i10V Mini SIP intercom (video door bell)

The Fanvil Website says the i10V is compatible with 3cx system, but 3XC doesn't have it listed. Any assistance appreciated.

This is not in our list of supported phones/doorphones so I would suggest to choose a model that is supported. https://www.3cx.com/sip-phones/

If you already have this device, you can probably make it work by manually configuring your extension credentials in the device since it is SIP compatible, but we cannot guarantee interoperability.

I just got one of these to play with, didn't realise it wasn't on the list. Bum,

Got it registered as an extension no problem. Can dial it, it autoanswers.

But I can't work out where to define the number it will call when button pushed.

And I didn't get any video on my Fanvil X7 when I dialled out to it.


FYI to get it to log into 3CX

- create an extension normally.
- in the i10v set
- - Username = extn number, e.g. 123
- - Displayname = As with my Fanvil desk phone, I put e.g. 123 | Intercom
- - Authentication User = the "ID" from the "Authentication" section of the Extension config in 3CX
- - Auth Password = the "password" from the 3CX Auth section
- - Sip Server 1 : the IP address or FQDN of the server.

In this case the server is local so I didn't need to set up proxy, STUN, or anything - I hope that would also work like the Fanvil deskphones. I shall experiment later with our test platform.

Try using a speed dial in postition 1 and it should autodial whatever extension you add there

At the top of the Basic settings you'll see three options regarding the "Hotline" feature.

Ya, it works but the 3cx WebClient won't show the video it does show up on a Yealink T58 no problem. Also tied it into our doors to unlock the door.

Also just add the extension you want to call via the speed dial.
