Would it be possible to change the Journalling functionality in the 3CX Custom Templates to include the Call Recording File name as part of the data that can be posted to the 3rd party URL?
The scenario I need to implement REALLY needs to be able to get at this recording.
I've seen in another thread (this one) that explains that the call recording filename could be determined by concat'ing a number of properties related to the call (or the CDR)?
But that does not seem like a workable solution. Every call has a unique identifier....surely the recording filename could be (should be) named with just this unique identifier and its file extension? But I guess that's another topic, or thread.
In the absence of being able to return it in the Journalling data, can you please provide a spec on the exact fields (from the CDR referred to in that thread) which need to be concatenated in order to get the recording file name?
Thanks,
