Having trouble making and receiving calls.

You are dialling 1+ BUT your outbound rule is stripping off the first digit (the 1) and sending the remaining. I suspect that they want that 1 as well. Change the rule to strip zero digits.

Also still having trouble with inbound calls, rings about 6 times then says all circuits are currently busy.

Did you define where an incoming call on that trunk is supposed to go? An extension, a ring group?

Yes, I have it set to a ring group I made with my extension in it.

I got outbound calls to now work. I appreciate all the help from you.
