Headset suggestions

I have done a couple of quick searches for headsets. I did not find an answer that covered my question. We use 3CX with SNOM D785 phones and Teams. I am looking for a headset that offers noise cancelling microphones that work in both Teams on the PC and either the phone itself or the Windows desktop app/Web client. Any help would be grand. Thanks in advance.

Regarding your question, we test and support Yealink headsets when they are directly connected to the computers for use with the Desktop app and webclients, not when connected to IP phones.

Can you confirm that Yealink is certified? I thought Sennheiser was the only certified vendor for 3CX.

Got this answer from our channel manager.

Please note that there are number of factors that we will take into account, in order to have a certain brand certified and supported.
Starting from the point that it is a mutual agreement between the 2 companies, going to what support we will recieve from them etc etc.
Currently we only have the Yealink headsets supported.
At this stage I can not advise you if we will have Sennheiser certified again and when.
As I said it is quite more complicated.
