Dear Brother's, please help me.
I using 3CX Soft-phone in my Windows 7 OS, and when I calling someone, the status on the 3CX Soft-phone is "ringing" but my destination number has been said "hello". I can hear "hello" respond from my destination number but he can't hear my voice.
after 8 second's, the status has changed to "connected", so we can talk each other.
it's very disturb me because we are Call Center Agent.
Please help me.
