Help SIP Register Failed Fanvil X4(G)

Hi Guys,

So I am trying to setup 4 phones for my remote customer.

My 3cx server is 15.5.10244.4
My desk phone is a Fanvil X 4(G), firmware r2.3.1.4325

I provisioned them with SIP - STUN

2 of the phones were able to make / receive calls for 2 days,
the other 2 is constanly showing SIP register failed on the screen.

Rebooting the phones sometimes help but it still goes back to SIP register failed after awhile.

Anyone having the same issues?

Hello @yumeul

Please make sure that the phones are running the supported firmware for your PBX version and that each phone has it's own unique SIP port setup and forwarded in the remotes sites firewall.
