Help to renew license

Hi there, I need to renew a 16SC pro license but to 8SC pro.... cant do it in the portal.
Recomendations?

Under ' What would you like to buy?' - select Upgrade Existing License'

In the user portal have the option, but sends me to my reseller(my self);
on the reseller portal doesn give the option...

Hello there,
Well now I am in trouble...
1.- Original license is now 8SC standard, but now is "non commercial" so I cant use it.
2. I took one of my "8SC asigned keys" and try to convert it to commercial, paid $250 on portal, but seems to be a 3CX process
3. I am using a 4SC NFR untill is resolved but getting constant license limit emails...

plese help.

Original problem: upgraded form 8SC PRO to 16SC PRO 40 days before renewall and couldnt go back to 8SC PRO.

Hi Juan,

If you left the 16SC key to expire and downgrade to 8SC Standard, you could then simply renew it to a 8SC Pro. Once this is done, you simply refresh the license from the management console and you are done.

For now, since you changed keys around, I don't know what happened. I would suggest to contact Support directly using the below form, and entering your key you wish to upgrade (or have upgraded). Or if you already have a 3CX contact person, speak with them directly. https://www.3cx.com/contact-form/
