Hello everyone, My first post.
I have recently discoverd 3CX and am having a lot of fun discovering what can be done with SIP.
My main use for 3CX is to link various 2 way radio systems. So far, all has been easy, simply configuring Roip (Radio over IP) boxes to call each other automatcially and off you go.
I am trying add in an OMNITRONICS IPR120 SIP selector to the system. But whenever I try to make the selector call one of the Roip boxes, it does not connect and I see the follwoing in the srever log:
00:47:00.920 [CM500002]: Unidentified incoming call. Review INVITE and adjust source identification:
INVITE sip:[email protected] SIP/2.0
Via: SIP/2.0/UDP [email protected];branch=z9hG4bK1247634278;received=192.168.2.53
Max-Forwards: 70
Contact: "[email protected]"<sip:[email protected]@192.168.2.53>
To: <sip:[email protected]>
From: "[email protected]"<sip:[email protected]@192.168.2.53>;tag=1552054934
Call-ID: [email protected]@192.168.2.53
CSeq: 20 INVITE
Allow: INVITE, ACK, INFO, CANCEL, BYE, OPTIONS
User-Agent: oSIP/IPR-ua
Content-Length: 0
Now the Omnitronics device is extension 153, and from what i can see in the log, the server does not like its credentials. My question is:
Can i configure 3CX to process this call without modifying the credentials in the omnitronics box? IE can I make 3cx ignore the fact that it cannot identify who is making this call???
Am I completely off the track with this?
Thanks.
Ev.
