help!!!

hi,

i'm using 3CX as SIP server in trying to make calls using one of the sample applications in Dialogic HMP, and I get this error in 3CX:

[CM010001] Line configuration does not allow identification of the source of this call. Check Advanced Options for Gateways and Providers and match a field to a correct value from the following: Contact IP: '192.168.1.108'; From: 'iptB1T2_phfsdt007'; To: '101'; Rline: '101'; Contact: 'iptB1T2_phfsdt007'

Do any of you have an idea on how to resolve this problem? :lol:

That problem has a simple answer, Go to the Line/Voip line configuration go to the last tab, check "Use ip in contacts..." and below input 192.168.1.108

Should work after that
