As mentioned by Yiannis, on the PBX level the way to handle would be to use some other digit and replace it with the * in an outbound rule. Although no longer needed generally, a dial 9 for an outside line type scenario could be used.
@marlen1 , you would also need to check with your Trunk provider if/how these numbers are handled by them.
