Hide group members from other groups

Hi,


We have a< 3CX which is shared by several groups of people. The issue we have is that some users, not all, are displayed in the softphone to users that are member of a different group. We just want users to see members of the same group as they are a member of. No users are member of more than one group.

I can go into settings in the softphone and tick off the other groups that should not be visible, but I would like to manage this on the admin level, not user level.

It's very strange that even though users are defined the same way, not everyone is visible for others, just a few.

Any tips is most appreciated

Please go to your groups, and check in case the Group Rights have "Publish group information to all members "
