Solved Hiding 3CX extensions in 3CX App

Hello!
I'm setting up a 3cx system for a client which has many dummy extensions and extensions who are only there to make calls and not to answer, and every single one of these appear on the phone app. Can i exclude them in some way from the app so that they dont show up when going to the status tab? Thanks.

Hi Dave,

If their functionality is not affected by assigning them to a different group (depending on what you want them to do) then you create a new group under the "Groups" section and assign them there.

Untick "Publish Group Information to All extensions" and the other groups should not see them.
