Hello. Tell me if the softphone 3sx stores the chat history and calls locally or takes information from the server. If it takes from the server, how can you configure automatic cleaning on a schedule. Thank you

It does take it from the server. You can't automatically purge chats for your users.

As for history, same. You need to clear the call log for a user or the system.

Does anyone know if there will ever be an option to automaticaly purge them over a past time, like saving the chats for a week and everything older gets deleted...
