HOL digital receptionist and prompt play

Hi,

when setting holidays in 3CX in v15 i'm facing with a problem.
Normally when calling an extension with the "public holidays" flag on it, 3CX plays holidays prompt and then forward call to HOL digital receptionist. On HOL, 3CX won't play any prompt we set.
Is it normal?
Call -> Holiday prompt -> HOL DR with prompt (not playing) -> operator VM.
Help!

Are you sure that for DR HOL (Out of Office IVR) you have specified a prompt?
Can you do the following from a 3CX Phone can you dial HOL, do you hear the prompt being played.

Without logs cannot go further, so I suggest you to do the following.
1. Enable Verbose Logging for 1 call then put it back to Low.
2. Make a call and see from IVR Log if prompt is being taken from the correct path, etc.

Try notepad++ or any tool editor except notepad
