Holiday Greeting

The holiday greeting isn't coming on. I have the trunks set for global holiday in inbound rules and the holiday dates setup. The 3cx is running the latest version of software.

Check Play holiday prompt when it's a global holiday is enabled on the trunk.

Check the holiday dates.

Check the date/time on the PBX.

Check that the PBX is using default office hours and is not forced in office.
