Holiday on different DIDs

Hello,

is there already a way on how to implement different holidays on different DIDs?
As it stands, CFD is currently the only way.

Anyone have any workaround on this?

Hi Ruzzel,

In the latest version of 3CX you can manage entire groups of extensions from the new webclient admin like they are on separate systems.

DIDs can now be assigned to those extension groups, and when a call arrives you can set custom routings per group, office hours per group, and also holidays per group as well as IVRs.

thank you for the information! It is working, only downside is we cannot play a holiday announcement as it treats the holiday as Out of Office as well. But works with a general announcement!

Noted and this is something we plan on addressing in a later update.

For now though during the holiday, since it sends your calls to the destination when the office is closed you could change that destination to go to an IVR that plays a custom message then ends the call.

After the holiday is over you will need to change it back to your previous destination.

I encourage you to develop this feature for future updates, as we have several customers with sites in different Swiss cantons, with different public holidays, so it's essential.

this is fixed in V20 beta, but with Christmas around the corner I would really like V18 to do it too
