Solved Hosted 3CX instance stopped and started, now can't access admin console

Hello,

I perhaps did something stupid and stopped my hosted 3cx instance. I carefully read the dialog and was under the impression that it would come back up again with my previous configuration; however, once it came back up I am unable to log in. Additionally, I'm guessing that the configuration may have not been restored as the 3rd party login button appears to be missing from the admin console login screen as well now. I'm not quite sure how to get the instance back to essentially the same state it was in a mere few hours ago...

Hi,

As my PM, the hosted instance had been reinstated shortly after your message.

It seems that after you stopped it instead of starting it you redeployed the key which creates a new clean instance.
