Hi, yesterday evening i tryied updating our v18 hosted 3cx to v20.
Once the update started the service reloaded after around 20 minutes notifying in the events center that the debian os update was successful.
The services reloaded at version 18 and then nothing happened. i waited around 40 minutes before relaunching the system update and after a few hours i found in the events center that it was unable to update the os(again?)

Free space is over 40gb, ram usage below 50%, system owner is set and considering it is a hosted(by 3cx) version i cant access the vm to check logs.

What now?
Thank you everyone

Hi, as I can see we have already opened a ticket for this and sent you an email regarding this 5 hours ago but you have not responded back.
Can you reply back to us and then we can take it from there?

hi thank you for your fast reply
that's the ticket reply you sent me:
3CX subscription does not include technical support or configuration assistance.

If you do not have an internal IT Team or the necessary networking knowledge to install and support 3CX, please contact a 3CX Partner who may offer such services for a fee. You can also check our Guides for information.
considering the issue stated, from what i can see, that's a reply that simply tells me that i have to pay to have support regarding this issue, and please let me tell you that for an "hosted" service that's not the reply i was waiting for, so i escalated to the community to have such support.

we have the "internal IT Team or the necessary networking knowledge to install and support 3CX", but on hosted system we don't have the opportunity to check and fix issues like that.

i opened that ticket also to tell you that i was unable to even login to the forum: if you try to login to the "it" version of the forum it's impossible for me to login(loads of cors errors occours). it took me some time to understand that at least the .com version is available.

i'll find a way to reply to the ticket(the admin email is an alias, il sort it out somehow)

Hi, I think this is the reply you got from our Customer Service Team if you have submitted the Contact Form.
The ticket I was referring to is the one on Technical Support and the one we are talking to while I upgrade your machine.
