I have recently setup a hosted 3CX with 10 users, I can log into the web client portal as admin account perfectly fine, when I try to log into the management portal, then it says login access denied, too many incorrect attempts.

please advise

There is no management console in StartUP. Admin Portal is what you have.

Hosted by 3CX = A dedicated PBX that we host for you with management console access available

StartUP = a separate product that we host, but you do not have a full dedicated machine. You only have access via the webclient.
