Solved Hosted by 3cx instance - No swap file located

Hello,

I have a peculiar issue with a 'hosted by 3cx' instance - (this is hosted by the 3cx servers, not on AWS or Google etc.)

the full error is:
"No swap file detected. The system stability is at risk as no swap file is created. This can cause unexpected service interruption. To address this matter connect via ssh onto the host and execute the following command: "sudo apt-get install dphys-swapfile". Remote interactions are disabled due to this reason."

How do I SSH onto a server for which I have no SSH details for?

I have no option to repair the instance nor upgrade to v18.

Any advice people can offer would be very helpful.
