I set up my PBX using hosting by 3CX. Unknown to me it was the apha v16.0 Update 6 (Build 584) that was installed. Then later I realized my callers don't hear my voice anymore. Everything was working perfectly when I was self-hosting Update 5.

Now I want to self-host again, it cannot create FQDN and certificates. 3CX won't allow me to release the FQDN. Help is needed. All my phone system is down.

I'm not sure how you managed to read about the 3CX hosting but happen to skip the many parts where it says Update 6 Alpha. Did you just press the 'Let 3CX Host' button in the partner portal?

Anyways, I doubt Update 6 Alpha is the source of your audio issues. Your network topology is more likely the problem. But you release your instance you'll have to reach out to 3CX support, just like any other 3CX hosted instance. I don't know if @JohnS_3CX can help with this.

Yes I did choose Let 3CX Host! Okay. Let's take it take I didn't pay attention to the details. What can be done to get 3CX to release the FQDN so I can self-host it with any provider of my choice?

Your best bet to release the FQDN will probably be to reach out to support or the partner service center.
