Solved Hosted FQDN unavailable.

I am trying to setup an IP Phone that needs to use an SBC. I cannot get the SBC Program to connect with my PBX. I am using a 3CX Hosted PBX, with the correct FQDN, and Authentication Key.

@jmh-itsjessnetworks do you have another PBX with the same FQFN and license key somewhere else installed ? If you do an nslookup on your FQDN, to which ip address it points to ?
Is it the correct one of the 3CX Hosted PBX ?
