Hosted Solution does not list our usual SIP Trunk Provider

Hi,
So we setup our first small government client today with 3CX hosted, but when we went to set things up on 3CX dashboard, we noticed that the list of SIP trunk providers does not contain the one we usually use for on prem installs.

We are in Western Canada and use ThinkTel as our SIP trunk provider.
They are not listed, and we already sent our requests to the client's current provider to transfer the numbers.

What are our options?

The complete list of the 3CX Supported Providers is also here.
You can use the Generic template though in order to proceed.

Hi, thank you for the reply.
Yes those are the providers, but thinktel is not listed and there is no Generic option in the drop down menu.
So I'm back at square one, unless there is a way to add another option.

I think he is on the free hosted, I don't see Generic as well

We are using the Paid Pro Version
We did find the generic option but ours is formatted very different from yours. We will try and see what happens
