Our hosted service says we have updates due. In viewing the updates, the PBX pending firmware says its type is Alpha and the SBC is beta. Do we have production release updates to apply? If so, how are they applied? Why is the site pushing alpha and beta?

The Alpha and Beta versions are showing for people who may want to test the new features or fixes early on non-production machines before they apply them to their customers or their own production PBXs.
There is no need to update to an Alpha or Beta version if you do not intend to test any of the new features.

@kylem Consider enabling automatic updates and then you won’t need to manage them. This also installs OS security updates for Debian.
