hosting for the 1 year free instance is done by 3CX cant access

Hello
I have configured my pbx and everything was working fine for months
Today I want to add a new extention but the URL (both url and ip) are nor responding - I can't get to the admin section of my pbx

Can someone please help me?
I have tried from 2 different spots on earth and I get the same reply (no page)
Although the system is still working (extensions keep working)
