Hot Desking Phone. Can I use a customized template?

The problem is with GrandStream GXP-2170.

We are located in Canada and we are using Celsius.

For the extension phone, we have no issue as we can customized the template.

But for Help Desking Phone, we can not.

Yes, we can use the web GUI on the phone to change the location and to Celsius. But every time the phone reboot, it will go back to Los Angeles and Fahrenheit

Why can't you customize the template? I haven't tried I'm just wondering what is stopping you since you seem to have no problem customizing the regular template.

In Hotdesking - add phone. The list does not have customized template.


But custom list is available for add a phone to extension
