Solved Hotdesking File Not Found

I was able to configure a Grandstream 2170 for hot desking. I was able to log into the phone without much of an issue. However, before the extension takes control and the BLFs are assigned to the phone the IVR says "File not found."

Is there any way to determine which file the system means and put it in place or to stop the system from looking for whichever file it wants?
