How does one go about using or getting analog 2 line phones to work with 3cx?

I know I can get fxs adapter etc... and get them on the system but my question is

How do you get like 100 ports for a hotel for example

ATAs are available that support large numbers of lines. With 100 lines you'd probably have to spread them across several units. Best to stick with ATA's that are supported by 3CX as you probably want something that can be auto-provisioned.

The Patton Smartnode SN4932 will support up to 32 FXS ports.

I'm sure that there are other larger ATA units as well. It is a matter of finding a supported device, or a manufacturer that works closely with 3CX and can supply a template for provisioning.
there are probably are other forum members that have been involved in a large hotel installations and could provide some insight. Analogue sets are still quite common in that environment given the durability, and if they wish to re-use existing sets, or re-wiring for SIP sets is out of the question.
