Hi,
I have a couple of questions for a planned 15.5 rollout in a hotel.
The plan is to use Fanvil X6 units for the reception, with the dynamic DSS BLF keys assigned to the rooms. It supports up to 60 dynamic DSS keys. Once a guest is checked-in in the PMS the guest his name is sent to the PBX and shows up as Extension last name, however with my initial testing this name does not get updated on the DSS key immediately, is there a setting in the provisioning template how often to reload the DSS keys ?
Other question, In the stream last week it was announced that soon, hotels without PMS integration will be able to check-in/check-out rooms through the webclient. This is great because we are currently missing quite a lot of features from the V14 hotel module for hotels without pms integration. My question is will there also be an option in the webclient to get a total $ amount of the made calls when you check out the room? So this could be manually posted to the room bill?
Maid status codes seem to be unable to be used at this time, what is the ETA for this?
Would it be possible to make a dial code to check-in/check-out a room for hotels that prefer not to use the webclient? like *40*101 or something?
