We've had some customers call in about missing Hotkeys in their 3CX Client for Windows.
As it turned out, the client seems to not save changes unless it's closed via Configuration -> Stop 3CX Client.
When you configure a hotkey and reboot windows without quitting the 3CX Client, the hotkey binding is missing after the reboot. Seems like a simple bug to me, users expect settings to be saved instantly as they change them.
