How AC-211 phone adapter from SunRocket can be used with 3CX

Please anyone can help me with setting up AC-211 phone adapter from SunRocket. I have no problem to use CounterPath soft phone, but when I am trying to setup phone adapter it is not registering.

Mirzab, thank you for your reply. I already unlocked AC-211 phone adapter and had no problem setting it up with sipphone.com service. I just having problem to set it up with 3CX service. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
It is not registering to the server.

Mirzab is right - you'd best look at getting another VOIP adapter. The one you mentioned is not supported.

I had a couple Sunrocket gizmos - Linksys 2102 I think they were. But after trying for several hours to get the password to unlock the device I just tossed them. Wasn't worth my time.
