How can I get video?

Hello,

I recently installed 3CX to try it out. I also installed the 3cx softphone, one on the same PC as the server, and another one on another PC on the same LAN. I can use the softphones to make calls and talk to each other.

One of the computers has a webcam and in the preferences of the 3CX phone I enabled it, but I see no video. What should I do?

you may need to play with the preferences. there are options for starting video automatically and such.

Under preferences, have you also selected the video source? The other thing, is that on the phone (what version are you using?), there is a bar on the right that you would have to click to actually see the video. Thanks.
