how can i see the caller's number on my phone

Hi,

I want to see a number phone if the caller calls to my group.

I see the information in the windows 3cx programme but I can not deploy each time the program when someone is calling. It is long.

How can I see this information on my stationary phone?

Usually this is an issue when using a non supported provider and the provider settings are not setup correctly so the PBX can read the callers number from the correct SIP field. If that is the case then you need to find the correct SIP field the provider is using and set it under the providers settings. Also what phones are you using and how are the devices provisioned?

Do you mean that with all of the information being displayed, it is too long for the display on the set? If this is the case, then, you may have to shorten the names that 3CX has added, to the caller information, to allow it to fit.
