How do I change a provisioning template on a phone?!

I see where I can assign a template to a NEW phone, but once the phone is assigned, I don't see anywhere that I can change the template...unless I need to manually copy and paste the config XML from the template file?!

i fought this for 2 hours....i just replaced the default one. then is lost all my phone mac..almost ready to go back to 14

Yup, I had a heck of time with the MACs too... Thankfully my 3cx install is in a VM, and I had a pre-upgrade snapshot.... I just reverted and grabbed the MACs from there
