How do I customize the chat greeting messages etc?

I love the setup of the new chat as I dont have to deal with setting up users inside Wordpress anymore).
But on the old plugin inside Wordpress there were A BUNCH of options to customize your live chat window and now I cant see any customization options.

I have managed to change the colors of the chat window (YAAY) but that is it.
I need to be able to change the greeting message "Hello, how can we halp you today?", the header "Live chat" etc etc to our own messages, how do I do that?

I remember reading in the plugin release notes that the live chat window was fully customizable... what am I missing??

I am also very curious to know how this can be done. I really appreciate the 3CX chat, unfortunately the system messages in a foreign language completely spoil the image of customer service via the WWW. I really do not want to change the plugin, after learning the functionality of the hosted version, I even want to use it to handle phone calls, and build bigger customer service but the possibility of full localization is necessary for my company.

At the moment only way I found is to change messeges in "../wp-content/plugins/wp-live-chat-support/public/js/callus.js" But I bet that after update it will be in english again. There is no translation strings in pot or other languages po files - there are only for admin page (I am using 10.0.2 plugin). I am sure that this will be added in future updates, but for now i think it is only way.
