Thank you very much for your help. Exactly the information that you gave me in the last message I meant.
I didn't know that it's possible to make a copy of selected information from the 3CX system, to which it isn't possible log in via the console.
Despite the fact that PostgreSQL is damaged in my Windows and isn't working properly (which I can't log in to the console), I was able to perform without any problems a copy of all information together (ALL) and separate copies of all individual information (CH, LIC, etc.).
Thanks to you I saved all my data - once again thank you very much for your help.
One more thing:
My old 3CX system was working until October 31, 2019 - from that day I haven't used it; this 3CX system is on my old server and contains the old call history until October 31, 2019.
From November 1, 2019 I have a new, fresh 3CX system on a new server; this system has the latest call history since November 1, 2019.
I backed up my Call History on the old 3CX system using the command:
BackupCmd.exe --file=CH_pbx_backup.zip --options=CH --log=CH_backup_cmd.log
- I know that the zip file made using the above command doesn't contain LIC, FQDN, PROMPTS, FW, REC, VM, but I'm interested in whether this file contains ONLY Call History and nothing else? However, does it - apart from Call History - contain various 3CX system settings, e.g. queuing structure, inbound and outbound rules, extension list and configuration, etc.?
- Is't possible to merge (join) both Call History on the new server? Of course I know that if I restore the old CH to the new server, this way I will overwrite the new CH (I will lose it), but I wouldn't like to lose the new CH, just add the old CH to the new CH. Can it be done and if so how I can do it?
- I'm afraid that if such a summation of CH would be possible and if the old CH could be uploaded to the new server, if the file containing the old CH contains also other 3CX system settings, then by uploading the old CH, the new 3CX system configuration will be overwritten (lost) and the old incoming and outgoing rules, old queue configurations, etc. will appear.
Would you be able to help me and answer the above questions?
