how to catch missed calls in CFD and passing this data to REST API

Hello,

we are using CFD and need to catch Missed call info. like a phone number and forward it to a REST API Component in order to send an SMS with the relevant information.

after the call is transferred to ring group or Ext. i need to detect the caller information and transfer the data to REST API Component.

Every help will be very appreciated.

The CFD cannot do that unless you forward the calls to it.

However, the ReportCall scenario of the CRM Integration could be exactly what you need.

Is it possible to create condition in CFD if the call is disconnected, the session.ani Variables will be transferred to Web Service Rest component ?
