How to configure aastra phone working from remote site

Hi all,

If anyone used aastra phone connecting to 3CX from remote end via WAN.
I am able to use 3CX softphone from remote site, just failed to make it work aastra phone.

If anyone done this type of configuration then guide me or give me suggestion.

What are the symptons of "not working".

Not registering? One way audio?

Unless you are using the 3CX tunnel option you pretty much have to use STUN if the remote set is behind a router. Be sure you have that set up and working.
