Hi Experts,
As we transition to Version 20, the naming convention for recording files has changed (please see details below). Previously, we were able to identify inbound calls based on the file names that we retrieved from Debian OS under /var/lib/3cxpbx/Instance1/Data/Recordings, which helped us perform agent scoring analysis through another dashboard. However, with the updated naming format, we are no longer able to identify if a call is 'INCOMING EXTERNAL' based solely on the file name, please help to advise is there any other methods to determine the call recording is a 'INCOMING EXTERNAL' call.
Before migrate to version 20:

>>> From the file name that contain the inbound number, we can know that its inbound call.
After migrate to version 20:

>>> The file name no longer has any inbound number, only have the agent extension number and the caller ID.
Remarks:
88888888 : inbound number
1014, 1009, 1005 : agent extension number
99999999, 00000000, 11111111 : caller number
