Solved how to disable prefix on outbound

Hello,
Is there any way to disable/remove the '9' prefix on outbound for dialing to PSTN? let say if i want to call to 0812999 number, normally i dial it use 90812999. I want to dial without prefix so i can use my phone contact, or redial from recent call log.

Removing 9 and set strip digits to 0 but it not worked

The "strip digits" will remove the first X number of digits in the original dialled number, then pass to the provider. If it isn't working for you, check the 3CX Activity Log to be sure that another rule, above this one (they are read in order from top down), isn't being used instead.

If you want to be able to dial numbers without the prefix, then you will have to create another rule to match the "new" number. You may have some conflicts so be specific with the new prefix, zero, or zero eight, and digit length.

I add new ounbound rule 08 and it solved the problem

Another question,
how to make another outbound rule to replace +628221xxxxxx so it send to gateway as 08221xxxxxx

I didn't mention that on e164 settings have feature for adding prefix. Yes thank you very much and please mark this thread as solved

Glad to see the issue has been resolved and thank you for updating the thread with your solution. For future reference please note that in outbound parameters you must have at least one parameter matching. An outbound parameter with nothing defined will be ignored by the PBX.
