like in https://www.3cx.com/community/threads/changes-in-the-conference-ics.76789/ described, if figured out, that we have a problem with the generated .ics files too.
The DESCRIPTION field in the .ics is always just one sentence "Click this link to join the meeting: https://...Yn2VQa" and therefore completely different from the content configured in the email template.
I have tried to make the email template very simple and only put "Hello %%PARTICIPANTNAME%%, %%JOINURL%%" in it. With this I wanted to exclude that an error could occur during parsing/translation. But this had no effect.
Were currently using a 3cx hostet version (18.0 Update 7) but, the error has existed since we started using the system in 2021.
Does anyone already have a solution to the problem?
