I'm trying to connect two PBX systems, 3CX and Yeastar.

I'm setting up a trunk. When I try to make a call from 3cx to the Yeastar PBX, I see the line number as the subscriber's number on the phone.

How can I make 3CX pass the subscriber's extension number as callerID?

I was able to transmit the subscriber's name, and now my phone displays the caller's first and last name, which is good. But my number is just the trunk number.

Hello uniscanadmin,

This is not supported by 3CX.
However, just a few questions:
-What did you do to get the name working? change on Yeastar or at 3CX side?
-What SIP Trunk / provider did you use when setting up the trunk on the 3CX?

It's really bad that it's not possible to configure SIP headers.

To display the caller's name on the YEASTAR client side, I changed the trunk parameter: Options - Caller ID Control - From Display Name - CallerName (default: -> display name)

Hello uniscanadmin,

You could try to use this setting:

Unfortunately, it doesn't help. I've already switched all the menu items.

Please setup the following:

Then use the capture to get the SIP log:

If it does not work, please present the SIP log here, (delete any real IP or authentication).

Thanks for the tip
I built the Master bridge in the 3CX PBX
And on the Yeastar PBX side, in the trunk settings, in the SIP Headers menu, I specified - receive CallerID from Remote -Party -ID

It worked
