Hello dear All,

How to Install & Configure 3CX in Windows 2008 R2 Server

I try install 3CX on windows 2008 server R2 with DOT NET 4.0

its perfectly install and i create 3 ext. done
But after that the ext. is not register, I don't no why.
I try to find out on google & 3CX web site i can't.

Please help me how this Ext. register & work ?

Have a look at your firewall settings, are the 3CX created rules enabled?

Set the logging level of your 3CX to Debug (Settings/Advanced/Logging Level) and post your log during the registration attempts with a

I had this problem is to do with the windows firewall you have to allow the ports with in the windows firewall

I have found if you open windows firewall settings pannel up on your windows server 2008 (same as I am currenty running) then run the firewall checker in the 3CX administration console or web portal. The "keep blocking" or "unblock" option will pop up... You can then click unblock... Fixed it for me, when I first installed.
