We successfully integrated 3cx+Teams but there are still a few members who are using 3cx for day-to-day calling.
The issue is when we get an external call and a user from the team dialer picks up the call he is unable to find the 3cx user and he has to know 3cx (Person Extention) to transfer the call.
Is there any way i can sync all my 3cx user to team so that transfer call will be easy?
