How to integrate the latest 3CX CRM with Odoo and create a similar template as in the 3cxcrm module?

Hi everyone,

I’m trying to configure the latest version of 3CX CRM integration with Odoo. I found this module on the Odoo App Store:
3CX CRM Integration (Odoo 16) - https://apps.odoo.com/apps/modules/16.0/3cxcrm

It shows a working integration between 3CX and Odoo CRM, including a CRM template setup for call handling and lead management.

Could anyone guide me on:

How to Add a CRM Template as shown in https://apps.odoo.com/apps/modules/16.0/3cxcrm

Thanks in advance!

DM us. We have a functional integration that doesn't rely on unsupported crappy modules made by one person.

Thanks for your email, but i just need a way to create Template within 3cx, which was available in earlier version, but no in latest version.

3CX never supported this CRM. There are 3rd parties that have created templates, but if these are not maintained, they will become non-working templates sooner or later. I strongly recommend working with @ConceptsWeb on this, as they keep their integration working through 3CX updates.

That's an option, but Odoo doesn't have a REST API, so it's not that easy with this one. You will need to build some intermediary module to do a kind of translation between 3CX and Odoo.... A lot of work, and definitely not easy. Just a heads up...

Our solution works out of the box, without any modules in Odoo, as we use the built-in API. Unlike custom modules that also aren't supported on many Odoo installs.

What version of Odoo are you using? I'm pretty sure version 18+ supports REST API.
