Solved How to login to 3cx hosted Google Cloud instance

Hello,

Need to reboot my 3CX instance (server error on management console trying to login). The instance was created from the 3cx website and I was only provided with management console login info and the license key. How do I login to this instance to reboot it. Pretty urgent at this point. Thanks for any help!

Hello @Joey D.

If you used the 3CX free 1 year hosting then you do not have access to the OS as this is hosted on a 3CX instance. Send me a personal message with your FQDN so we can check the issue

The issue was because the instance run out of space so the services were not able to start. Once we freed up some space services started normally.
