I have a SIP trunk (IP based ) in 3CX & Twilio.

Inbound is working fine but I want to send caller ID for outbound calls from the extensions caller ID option.

How can I make this happen ? What changes do I need to make on SIP trunk configurations in 3CX ?
I have 6 DIDs in Trunk, want to use caller IDs in 6 different extensiins.

Is the caller id you are trying to pass either a Twilio number or has been verified in your Twilio account?

Its a Twilio DID

No changes should be made in the trunk configuration if you used the included Twilio template and followed the user guide.

I followed the guide and it's working but I don't want to use a default caller ID as I have 6 caller IDs (DIDs) in Twilio and I want to use them all for different users in 3CX.
for example, Ext 100 has a different DID for outbound than EXT 101.
Don't wanna use this part:

Have you set the outbound DID number against each extension?

Yes, I did but its not working like that

There may be a trunk setting that is causing the extension caller ID to be ignored, or, you have a caller ID set in the outbound rules. That will over-ride all other caller ID settings. It could also be, that the caller ID you are sending is not acceptable to your provider, and it is they that are replacing it with your main number.
