Solved How to Prepend Dialing Codes

Hwllo..
I'm new to 3Cx Systems.

I'm not able to perpend VOIP Provider Dialing code in Outbound rules section.

For Examples:-
"82222923452322xx"

here "8" is the code in the Outbound rules I added to call using my selection DID number outside.
"2222" This is the code my VOIP provider give me to call from selected Package
"923452322xx" is my desired number to call

I just want to use "8923452322xx" to call my client, how can I add this "2222" as prepend in the rules for all calls??

Can anyone help me

Hi @kashifzai86

You need to set "8" as the prefix in your outbound rules and then strip that digit since i am guessing that your provider does not require it. Then you need to Prepend the dial code "2222"
