Hi,
I have recently obtained a Gigaset C430IP and need to provision in 3CX Phone System v16.
I don't find the way. I need some help, please.

Thanks!

Matias

I have a number of C610IP and C530IP base stations (local), all provisioned manually. The settings are fairly straight forward if you are familiar with SIP. What i did discover is that the server IP (again I'm using locally), may have to be put in three places...Domain, Proxy Server and Registration server. This all depends on the menu as I'm assuming yours it is, at least, similar to the ones on my sets. Since it should support STUN, (mine do), you may be able to use remotely. Remember each extension used must be set to use a different port number, local or remote.

Hello @msardi !

In C530 go to Telephony Menu, fill authentification, open the advanced options and then fill Domain, Proxy Server and Registration server as @leejor said with the PBX IP.

Thanks @leejor and @INDY_Mathieu, the phone is working after filling domain, proxy server and registration server with internal IP of 3CX Phone system.
To reach this settings you have to go to Settings - Telephony - Connections and click Edit button in one of the six connections, there you can fill authentication data and when you click Show Advanced Settings button you are able to set domain, proxy server and registration server.

Best regards,

Matias

Glad that you did it ! :D

I didn't go into detail of the menus as i had assumed that you had al ready come across the SIP setting fields. I also wasn't sure iif the menu structure was the same on the sets iI have, and and yours. Glad it work out.
